- 2 medium Apples
- 8-9 medium Orange segments cut into thick strips
- 15-18 Orange segments
- 2-3 medium Beetroots peeled and quartered
- 1 inch Ginger halved
- 8-10 Fresh mint leaves
Method
- Quarter apples.
- Pass carrots, orange segments, beetroots, ginger, apples and mint leaves through a juicer and collect the juice in a jar.
- Pour the juice into 8 shot glasses and serve.
