  • 2 medium Apples
  • 8-9 medium Orange segments cut into thick strips
  • 15-18 Orange segments
  • 2-3 medium Beetroots peeled and quartered
  • 1 inch Ginger halved
  • 8-10 Fresh mint leaves

Method

  1. Quarter apples.
  2. Pass carrots, orange segments, beetroots, ginger, apples and mint leaves through a juicer and collect the juice in a jar.
  3. Pour the juice into 8 shot glasses and serve.
