Ingredients list for Eggless Peach Mousse

  • 6 Canned peaches
  • 2 Canned peaches , roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Dark chocolate
  • 3/4 cup Fresh cream , at room temperature
  • 1 cup Whipped cream

Method

  1. Put 6 canned peaches in a grinder jar, grind to a smooth puree and transfer into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt butter in a non-stick pan, add dark chocolate and stir, on low heat, till both melt together into a smooth mixture.
  3. Add cream and mix well and transfer into a medium bowl and set aside to cool.
  4. Add whipped cream to peach puree and mix well. Put into stemmed glasses till ¾ full and tap the glasses gently to even the surface.
  5. Pour the cooled chocolate sauce over the peach mousse. Sprinkle a few chopped peaches over chocolate in each glass.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
