Ingredients list for Custard Apple Ice Cream

  • 3-4 cup Custard Apple Pulp
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup Powdered sugar

Method

  1. Combine milk, powdered sugar, milk powder, vanilla essence and fresh cream in a bowl and mix well till the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the custard apple pulp and mix well. Pour into a shallow container, cover it and freeze till sets. Blend the mixture in a blender till smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the shallow container. Cover and freeze till firm. Scoop and serve.
