Ingredients for Crostini Al Parmigiano Recipe

  • French Beans 1 loaf large

  • Parmesan Cheese grated 1/2 cup

  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1/2 cup

  • Garlic,chopped 10 cloves

  • Peppercorns freshly ground 10-12

  • Mixed herbs 1/2 tablespoon

  • Red chilli flakes 1/2 tablespoon

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Mix Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and garlic in a bowl. Season with ground peppercorns, dried herbs and chilli flakes.

Step 2

Cut the baguette diagonally into half-inch thick slices and spread with butter. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on each slice and place under a hot grill till the cheese melts. Serve hot.
