Ingredients for Croissant Pudding with Chocolate Recipe

  • Croissant 3

  • Dark Chocolate shredded 1 cup

  • Eggs 3

  • Sugar 1 1/2 cups

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Warm milk 2 cups

  • Mixed fruit jam 2-3 tablespoons


Step 1

Preheat oven at 180°C. Slice the croissants and cut into big pieces and put into a bowl.

Step 2

Break eggs into another bowl, add sugar and whisk well. Add vanilla essence and continue to whisk.

Step 3

Add milk, little by little, and whisk till well blended. Pour the egg mixture over the croissant pieces. Sprinkle chocolate on top. Put a few dollops of jam all around and mix.

Step 4

Cover the bowl with aluminium foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Step 5

Take it out of the oven and serve warm.
