Ingredients list for Crispy Veg Uttapam Pizza
- 2 cups Dosa Batter
- 1/2 cup Green Chutney
- 1/4 cup Carrot chopped
- 1/4 cup Capsicum chopped
- 1.4 cup Cabbage chopped
- 1/4 cup Spring onion chopped
Method
- Heat oil on a non stick tawa and pour spoonful of batter on it and make small uttapams.
- When the uttapam is about to cook sprinkle carrots, capsicum, cabbage, spring onions and cook till golden.
- Serve hot with cheese spread or green chutney.
