By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Broccoli florets, Spring onion greens Cuisine Fusion Course Soups Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cream of Broccoli Soup-SK Khazana 12-16 Broccoli florets blanched 1/2 cup Spring onion greens blanched 1 1/2 teas to sprinkle Nutmeg powder 1 tablespoon Butter 1 tablespoon Refined flour (maida) 1 1/2 cups Milk to cook Salt for drizzling Fresh cream Method Blend together spring onion greens, broccoli florets and 1 teaspoon nutmeg power to a fine puree. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add flour, mix and sauté well. Add ½ cup milk and mix till the sauce thickens. Add prepared puree and mix well. Add remaining milk, salt and ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder, mix well and bring to a boil.
