Ingredients for Citrus Cooler Recipe

  • Orange juice 300 millilitres

  • Ginger ale 300 millilitres

  • Fresh grapefruit juice 300 millilitres

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Crushed ice as required

  • Orange sliced 1 small

  • Lemon sliced 1

  • Cocktail cherries 2-3

  • Fresh mint leaves 2-4 sprigs


Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a large jug and add lots of crushed ice.

Step 2

Pour in tall glasses, garnish with a slice each of orange and lemon, cocktail cherries and sprigs of mint. Serve chilled.
