Ingredients list for Cinnamon Balls
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- Refined Flour 1 cup + for greasing
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla essence
- 2 cups Refined flour
- 2 cups Cornflakes crushed
- 1 cup Walnuts finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Castor sugar
Method
- In a bowl; mix together butter, sugar and vanilla essence using a hand blender. Whisk till smooth.
- In another bowl sieve flour, cinnamon powder. Add crushed cornflakes and walnuts to it and mix well. Add to the butter mixture and mix to prepare soft dough.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into balls.
- Place the balls on a greased tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180° degrees for twenty minutes.
- Remove when baked and immediately roll them in castor sugar and serve.
