Ingredients list for Chocolate Surprise Prisms
- 250 grams Cocoa Powder
- 50 grams Refined Flour
- 1/2 cup Milk powder
- 8 Sweet biscuits crushed
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- for deep-frying Oil
Method
- In a bowl mix together refined flour, ghee and little water to make a soft dough.
- Cover with a muslin cloth and set aside for fifteen minutes.
- Divide in 20 equal portions. Shape into balls.
- To make the stuffing mix together milk powder, crushed biscuits, cocoa powder, chocolate powder and powdered sugar.
- Divide into 20 equal portions.
- Roll out each ball into small discs and cut from the center to make a semi circle.
- Take each part and make a cone by joining the edges.
- Fill a spoon of the chocolate filling and seal the cone in the shape of small samosas. Similarly make the rest.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, Deep fry the samosas till crisp and golden.
- Remove on absorbent paper. Serve with ice cream
