Ingredients list for Chocolate Surprise Prisms

  • 250 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 50 grams Refined Flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk powder
  • 8 Sweet biscuits crushed
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • for deep-frying Oil

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together refined flour, ghee and little water to make a soft dough.
  2. Cover with a muslin cloth and set aside for fifteen minutes.
  3. Divide in 20 equal portions. Shape into balls.
  4. To make the stuffing mix together milk powder, crushed biscuits, cocoa powder, chocolate powder and powdered sugar.
  5. Divide into 20 equal portions.
  6. Roll out each ball into small discs and cut from the center to make a semi circle.
  7. Take each part and make a cone by joining the edges.
  8. Fill a spoon of the chocolate filling and seal the cone in the shape of small samosas. Similarly make the rest.
  9. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, Deep fry the samosas till crisp and golden.
  10. Remove on absorbent paper. Serve with ice cream
