Chocolate Pots

Ingredients list for Chocolate Pots

  • 200 grams Dark chocolate
  • 700 grams silken tofu
  • 160 millilitres Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • teaspoon Vanilla essence ½
  • 1 tablespoon Rum dark
  • Chilli flakes dried
  • a pinch Sea salt

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat and stir till smooth.
  2. Line a medium bowl with a clean tea towel. Add the tofu, bunch up the tea towel and squeeze out the excess moisture into the bowl.
  3. Blend together the tofu, maple syrup, lemon zest, vanilla essence, dark rum, chilli flakes and sea salt into a smooth mixture. Add the chocolate till well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into eight individual shot glasses and refrigerate for fifteen minutes.
  5. Serve chilled.
