By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chocolate syrup, Almonds Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time Preparation Time Cook time Cooking Time Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Chocolate Liqueur Shake 4 tablespoons Chocolate syrup 10 Almonds 3-4 Green cardamoms 1 teaspoon Instant coffee powder 2 cups Milk 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream as required Ice cubes 3-4 tablespoons Swiss chocolate liqueur 1 cup Whipping cream Method Advertisment Heat three to four tablespoons of water in a pan and add instant coffee. Crush cardamoms and add to the coffee and strain the mixture. Cool. Blanch almonds in half a cup of hot water for five minutes. Drain, cool, peel and chop half of them and cut the remaining into slivers. Add chocolate sauce, milk, a little vanilla ice cream and ice to the coffee decoction and blend.Add Swiss chocolate liqueur, remaining vanilla ice cream and mix well. Pour into a glass so that it is half full. Add chopped almonds. Add sweetened fresh cream, garnish with almond slivers and serve.
