Ingredients list for Chocolate Liqueur Shake

  • 4 tablespoons Chocolate syrup
  • 10 Almonds
  • 3-4 Green cardamoms
  • 1 teaspoon Instant coffee powder
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • as required Ice cubes
  • 3-4 tablespoons Swiss chocolate liqueur
  • 1 cup Whipping cream

Method

  1. Heat three to four tablespoons of water in a pan and add instant coffee. Crush cardamoms and add to the coffee and strain the mixture. Cool.
  2. Blanch almonds in half a cup of hot water for five minutes. Drain, cool, peel and chop half of them and cut the remaining into slivers.
  3. Add chocolate sauce, milk, a little vanilla ice cream and ice to the coffee decoction and blend.Add Swiss chocolate liqueur, remaining vanilla ice cream and mix well.
  4. Pour into a glass so that it is half full. Add chopped almonds.
  5. Add sweetened fresh cream, garnish with almond slivers and serve.
