Ingredients for Chocolate Dipped Banana Recipe

  • Dark chocolate grated 1 cup

  • Banana peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces 4

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Roasted peanuts crushed 1 cup

  • Chocolate chip cookies crushed 1 cup


Step 1

Mix together chocolate and oil in a small bowl and melt in the microwave high for one minute. Whisk well.

Step 2

Place the crushed peanuts in a plate. Place the crushed cookies in another plate. Whisk the chocolate till smooth.

Step 3

Cover two plates with aluminum foil. You can also use silicone sheets. Dip the banana pieces in the melted chocolate and roll some of them in crushed cookies and some in crushed peanuts. Press lightly and place on the plates.

Step 4

Chill them in the freezer for half an hour or till well set.

Step 5

Serve chilled.
