Ingredients list for Chocolate Chilli Truffles

  • 2 cups White chocolate , chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh red chillies, , finely chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • for coating Colourful sprinklers
  • for coating Pistachios , crushed
  • for coating Desiccated coconut

Method

  1. To prepare chocolate chilli ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add chillies, mix and bring to boil.
  2. Transfer the hot cream into a bowl, add white chocolate and mix till the chocolate melts. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes or till set.
  3. Take colourful sprinklers, pistachios and desiccated coconut in separate bowls.
  4. Divide the chocolate chilli ganache into equal portions and shape them into balls.
  5. Coat few portions in colorful sprinklers, pistachios and desiccated coconut and shape into balls.
  6. Arrange these truffles on a serving platter and serve.
