Ingredients list for Chocolate Cashew Rocks
- 1/2 kilograms Chocolate semisweet
- 300 grams Cashewnuts roasted and halved
- 200 millilitres Condensed milk sweetened
- 50 grams Butter
Method
- Break the chocolate in small pieces and melt in a double boiler. Add a tablespoon of milk if required.
- Remove from heat, add in the condensed milk and butter and mix well with a whisk. Keep whisking till the chocolate cools to room temperature but should be still in liquid form.
- Add the split cashew nuts and mix well. Put small portions of this on a wax paper and let it set at room temperature.
- When hard enough remove and wrap in coloured foil and store in a cool place.
