Ingredients
- 4 green chillies
- 2 jalapeno
- 2 teaspoons oil
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions and garlic and cook till the onions are tender but not browned. Add chillies, jalapenos and tomatoes and cook.
- Mash the tomatoes with the back of a ladle. Lower the heat and add both the cheese and cook till the cheese melt.
- Stir in sour cream and mix till heated through. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
