Ingredients list for Chickoo Walnut Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup Walnuts crushed
- 1 cup Sapodilla (chickoo) pulp
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1 cup Milk powder
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
Method
- Pour milk in a deep non-stick pan, add fresh cream, milk powder and powdered sugar, mix and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool down to room temperature.
- Add sapodilla pulp and crushed walnuts and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a silicon container and cover with a lid. Keep the container in the freezer till completely set.
- Slice the ice cream, place on serving plates and serve immediately.
