By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken, Tomato Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Tomato Chilli 1 kilogram Chicken cut into 1 inch pieces 2 tablespoons Tomato 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt to deep fr Oil 2 tablespoons Green chilli paste 2 cups Tomato puree 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped Method In a large bowl mix together chicken, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt and set aside for half an hour. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai. Deep fry the chicken on medium heat till done. Drain on absorbent paper and set aside. Heat two tablespoons oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chilli paste, salt and tomato puree and mix well and cook on low heat for ten minutes. Add chicken pieces and cook on low heat for five minutes.
