Ingredients list for Chicken Sausage Roll

  • 12 slices Brown bread
  • 12 pieces Chicken sausages
  • 3/4 cup Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard paste
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan and cook chicken sausages until slightly browned evenly. Remove and leave aside.
  2. If you are using frozen chicken sausages, make sure that they are cooked thoroughly.
  3. You can cover the pan and cook them on medium flame for five to seven minutes.
  4. Break one of the sausages and check that the core of the sausage is also adequately hot.
  5. Cut out side edges from brown bread slices; press them evenly using a rolling pin to flatten them.
  6. Mix tomato ketchup with mustard paste thoroughly. Adjust salt to it. Apply sauce to flattened bread slices and then roll cooked chicken sausages in to them.
  7. Put a small piece of toothpick to hold. Take remaining oil in a pan, heat it and then place stuffed brown bread rolls.
  8. Cook until bread slices are evenly golden browned. Remove, arrange on a serving dish and may be garnished with quarters of boiled eggs.
