Ingredients for Chicken Nugget Pizza Recipe

  • Chicken nuggets deep fried 10-12

  • Pizza sauce 3 tablespoons

  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1/4 cup

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon

  • Button mushrooms roughly chopped 10-12

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns crushed to taste

  • Sweet corn kernels boiled 1/4 cup

  • Mixed coloured capsicums finely chopped 1/4 cup

  • Dried red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon + for sprinkling

  • Dried oregano 1 teaspoon


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add mushrooms, salt and crushed black peppercorns, mix well and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Add sweet corn, capsicums, dried red chilli flakes, dried oregano and pizza sauce, mix well and saute for 1-2 minutes.

Step 4

Place the chicken nuggets on a baking tray keeping a little distance between each, top each with some vegetable mixture on each nugget and some mozzarella cheese. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.

Step 5

Arrange them on a serving platter, sprinkle a little dried red chilli flakes over them and serve hot.
