Ingredients list for Cheesy Dum Aloo
- 1/2 cup Processed Cheese grated
- 36 Baby Potatoes parboiled and halved without peeling
- to taste Salt
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoons Garlic,roughly chopped
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3-4 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Peppercorns crushed
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, red chilli flakes, garlic, olive oil and mix.
- Add rosemary and crushed peppercorns and mix. Transfer into a baking dish and cook in the preheated oven for about twenty minutes.
- Take the dish out of the oven, sprinkle the grated cheese over and put it back in the oven till the cheese melts and becomes a light golden.
- Alternatively you can use a brulee torch to melt the cheese. Serve hot.
