Ingredients list for Cheese Potato Chips

  • 4 cups Cheese balls
  • 5 medium Potatoes
  • 1 tablespo for greasing Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to serve Tartar sauce

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
  2. Put cheese balls in a zip-lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin into a fine powder.
  3. Thinly slice the potatoes through a mandolin slicer into a bowl of water.
  4. Line a bowl with a muslin cloth, drain the potato slices, put into this bowl and pat them dry. Remove the muslin cloth and put the potato slices in the same bowl.
  5. Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over them, add salt and mix well. Add crushed cheese balls and mix well so that all the slices are well coated.
  6. Grease a baking tray with some olive oil and arrange the chips, in single layer, on it.
  7. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Bake all the chips in the same way.
  8. Put the chips in serving bowls and serve immediately with tartar sauce.
