Ingredients for Cashewnut Butter Toast Recipe

  • Broken cashewnuts 1/2 cup

  • Multigrain bread slices 8

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Honey 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Roast cashewnuts in an air fryer at 120º C for 5-7 minutes or till lightly browned. Transfer into a bowl and cool down to room temperature.

Step 2

Toast 4 bread slices in the air fryer at 180º C for 4-5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining 4 slices.

Step 3

To make cashewnut butter, put cashewnuts in a grinder jar, add 2 tbsps water, vanilla essence and honey and grind to a smooth paste. Transfer into a bowl.

Step 4

Take the bread slices out of the air fryer, spread this cashewnut butter on them and halve them. Arrange the slices on a serving platter and serve immediately.
