Ingredients list for Canapes Supreme
- 12 Canape cups
- 5-6 French beans chopped
- 2 Carrot chopped
- 3 tablespoons Shelled green peas
- 1 cup Hung yogurt chilled
- 1 Apple peeled and chopped
- 1 slice Canned pineapple chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Method
- Blanch the French beans, carrots and peas.
- Mix together the hung yogurt, apple, pineapple, salt, sugar and black pepper powder in a bowl.
- Fill each canapé with the mixture and serve immediately.
