Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Cajun Crusted Chicken Wings Recipe

  • Chicken Wings 16

  • Cajun Spice

  • Salt to taste

  • Paprika 2 teaspoons

  • White pepper powder 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon

  • Dried oregano 1 teaspoon

  • Garlic paste 2 teaspoon

  • Onion ground 1 medium

  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup

  • Oil 3 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Mix together salt, paprika, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, dried oregano, garlic paste and onion paste.

Step 2

Combine lemon juice, oil and half the mixed spice powder in a small bowl.

Step 3

Apply this mixture to the chicken wings so that they are well coated.

Step 4

Let them marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.

Step 5

Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and then sprinkle the remaining spice mix on both the sides.

Step 6

Heat a grill pan.

Step 7

Place the chicken wings on it and cook on medium heat for about ten minutes on each side till both the sides get evenly cooked and golden.

Step 8

Serve hot.
