Ingredients list for Cajun Crusted Chicken Wings

  • 16 Chicken Wings
  • Cajun Spice
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1 medium Onion ground
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Oil

Method

  1. Mix together salt, paprika, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, dried oregano, garlic paste and onion paste.
  2. Combine lemon juice, oil and half the mixed spice powder in a small bowl.
  3. Apply this mixture to the chicken wings so that they are well coated.
  4. Let them marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
  5. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and then sprinkle the remaining spice mix on both the sides.
  6. Heat a grill pan.
  7. Place the chicken wings on it and cook on medium heat for about ten minutes on each side till both the sides get evenly cooked and golden.
  8. Serve hot.
