Ingredients list for Buttermilk Pannacotta with Strawberry

  • 1 cup Strawberry crush
  • Buttermilk
  • 3 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin

Method

  1. Heat cream in a non stick pan, add sugar, mix well and cook till sugar melts. Remove from heat. Heat 2 tbsps water in microwave. Take gelatin in a bowl and add warm water and stir till it dissolves.
  2. Pour buttermilk into a bowl, add strawberry crush and whisk well. Add sweetened cream, little by little, and mix well. Add dissolved gelatin and mix again. Strain the mixture into another bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into individual stemmed glasses or shot glasses and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or till set.
  4. Serve chilled.
