Ingredients for Buttermilk Pannacotta with Strawberry Recipe

  • Strawberry crush 1 cup

  • Buttermilk

  • Buttermilk 3 cups

  • Cream 1 cup

  • Sugar 1 1/2 cups

  • Gelatin 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Heat cream in a non stick pan, add sugar, mix well and cook till sugar melts. Remove from heat. Heat 2 tbsps water in microwave. Take gelatin in a bowl and add warm water and stir till it dissolves.

Step 2

Pour buttermilk into a bowl, add strawberry crush and whisk well. Add sweetened cream, little by little, and mix well. Add dissolved gelatin and mix again. Strain the mixture into another bowl.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into individual stemmed glasses or shot glasses and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or till set.

Step 4

Serve chilled.
