Ingredients list for Breakfast Shake

  • 4 Ripe bananas
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 4 slices Tinned pineapple
  • 500 millilitre Pineapple juice
  • 4 tablespoons Strawberry crush
  • 2 cups Crushed ice

Method

  1. Peel bananas, break into smaller pieces and put into a blender jar. Add yogurt. Roughly chop pineapple slices and add.
  2. Add pineapple juice, strawberry crush and blend till smooth.Add ice and blend once again.
  3. Pour into tall glasses and serve chilled.
