Ingredients for Blueberry Mojito Recipe

  • Blueberries 1 cup

  • Fresh mint leaves 24-32

  • Lemon slices 12-16

  • Castor sugar (caster sugar) 4 teaspoons

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Soda Lemon For topping


Step 1

Place 8-10 blueberries, 6-8 mint leaves, 3-4 lemon slices and 1 teaspoon castor sugar in each of 4 glasses and muddle.

Step 2

Put ice cubes and top with lemon flavoured soda.

Step 3

Serve immediately.
