Ingredients list for Bheja Takatin
- 2 Brain
- 2 tablespoon Onion
- 2 medium Onions chopped
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 4-5 Black peppercorns crushed
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Method
- Clean, wash and blanch bheja in sufficient hot water for two to three minutes. Drain, when cool roughly chop into big pieces and keep aside. Heat ghee in a thick-bottomed pan. Add onions and sauté for three to four minutes or till golden brown. Add green chillies, coriander leaves, crushed black peppercorns and salt and continue to sauté for half a minute.
- Add cooked bheja and lemon juice. Stir for two minutes or till ghee leaves the masala. Serve hot with pav.
