By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Beetroot juice , Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Beetroot Cappucino 5 cups Beetroot juice 2 tablespoons Oil 4-5 Cloves 2 Bay leaves 4-5 cloves Garlic chopped 2 medium Onions chopped to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder 2 tablespoons Fresh cream Method Advertisment Heat oil in a pan. Add cloves, bay leaves and garlic and sauté for a minute. Add onions and cook till onions become translucent. Add four cups of beetroot juice and cook till the beetroot juice thickens. Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well. Turn off the heat and add cream and mix well. Pour them into individual cups. Whisk the remaining beetroot juice so that it forms froth on top.
