When mustard seeds begin to splutter add onion and green chillies. Stir on high heat for a minute. Do not brown the onion. Add French beans and salt. Cook, covered, on low heat for five to seven minutes or till beans are cooked but are still a little crunchy. Add coconut and lemon juice. Mix well and serve hot.
