Ingredients list for Basil Mozzarella And Cherry Tomato Skewers
- 12 Mozzarella cheese
 - 24 Basil leaves
 - 24 Cherry tomatoes
 - 4-5 Black peppercorns cracked
 - 2 tablespoons Olive oil
 - 1 clove Garlic
 
Method
- Thread onto each skewer one cherry tomato, one mozzarella cube, a folded basil leaf, another cherry tomato and another mozzarella cube. Sprinkle a little of the cracked black peppercorns over and drizzle olive oil.
 - Heat the grill, rub a garlic clove all over its surface. Place the skewers on it and close the top. Grill, taking care that the cheese does not melt.
 - Serve immediately sprinkled with a little of the cracked black peppercorns.
