Ingredients list for Amrakhand - SK Khazana

  • 1/4 cup Ripe mango puree
  • 1 cup Hung yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Castor sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Charoli
  • 3-4 Almonds slivered
  • 3-4 Pistachios slivered

Method

  1. Put hung yogurt in a bowl, add castor sugar and mix well.
  2. Add mango puree and mix till smooth.
  3. Add charoli, almond slivers and pistachio slivers and mix well.
  4. Chill and serve.
