Ingredients for Adrak Nimboo Pani Recipe

  • Ginger juice 1 tablespoon

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Black salt (kala namak) to taste

  • Sugar syrup 8 tablespoon

  • Ice cubes

  • Lemon sliced 1

Method

Step 1

Mix together ginger juice, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, salt, black salt and sugar syrup in a large jug. Add six cups of water and stir.

Step 2

Place ice cubes in individual glasses and pour in the ginger lemon syrup. Serve, garnished with a slice of lemon fixed on the rim.
