Ingredients
- ¼ cup fresh cream
- ¼ teaspoon mustard paste
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- ¾ cup oil
Method
- Whip the cream, mustard paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Add oil gradually, whisking continuously.
- Repeat the procedure till all the oil is incorporated.
- Serve as a dip or use as a sandwich spread.
