Ingredients
- 3 peaches, peeled, seeded and sliced
 - ¾ cup sugar
 - ½ tablespoon lemon juice
 
Method
- Put the peaches in a blender jar and blend to a fine paste.
 - Transfer this into a non-stick pan, add sugar, mix and cook till sugar melts. Continue to cook till mixture thickens.
 - Switch the heat off and add lemon juice and mix till well combined. Take the pan off the heat and allow the jam to cool completely.
 - Transfer into an air tight container and use as required.
