Ingredients
- 32-40 muskmelon pieces
- 16-20 English cucumber slices
- 8 tablespoons sugar syrup
- 16 lemon wedges
- 32-40 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes as required
- Crushed ice as required
- 4 tablespoons cucumber juice
- Tonic water as required
- Flowers for garnish
Method
- For each portion put 8-10 muskmelon pieces into a cocktail shaker. Add 2 tablespoons sugar syrup, 4 lemon wedges and 8-10 mint leaves and muddle with a muddler.
- Add ice cubes, close the lid and shake well.
- Pour into a serving glass, top up with crushed ice and add 4-5 cucumber slices.
- Add 1 tablespoon cucumber juice, top up with tonic water and serve chilled garnished with flowers.
