Ingredients
- 2 litres full fat milk
Method
- Heat milk in a wide non-stick deep pan till it comes to a boil. Continue to cook stirring continuously on low heat.
- Scrape the milk stuck on the sides of the pan and put it back into the milk and continue to cook while stirring continuously till milk thickens.
- Cool and store in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
