Ingredients
- ¾ cup fresh cream
- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- ½ cup roasted peeled peanuts
Method
- Heat cream in a non-stick pan, add dark chocolate and mix well. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously till the chocolate melts. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool completely.
- Take crunchy peanut butter in a large bowl and beat with an electric beater till light. Add condensed milk and beat again till well combined. Add whipping cream and beat till the mixture is light and fluffy. Transfer this into an air tight container.
- Coarsely crush peanuts and sprinkle this over the ice cream mixture. Cover with a lid and place it in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
- Scoop out the ice cream and serve.
