Ingredients
- Cherry compote as required
- 150 grams brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 3 puff pastry sheets
- Chopped walnuts to sprinkle
- Fresh thyme leaves to sprinkle
- Honey to drizzle
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Cut each puff pastry sheet into 4 equal pieces and arrange them in the dents of a small cupcake mould.
- Place brie cheese in each dent and drop a dollop of cherry compote on top.
- Sprinkle walnuts and thyme leaves on top, place the mould in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Bring the mould out of the oven, drizzle honey over each puff, sprinkle thyme leaves on top and arrange them on a serving plate. Serve.
