Ingredients list for Yorkshire Pudding
- 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
- 8 teaspoons Olive oil
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- to taste Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C. Line a baking tray with 8 tart moulds.
- Pour 1 teaspoon olive oil in each mould. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Break eggs and put into a plastic jar. Add milk, flour and salt and whisk well. Strain the batter into another plastic jar, cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Pour the egg mixture into tart moulds. Place the baking tray back in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Demould and serve hot.
