This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Nov 2014 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Prawns, Curry Leaves Cuisine Tamil Nadu Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Yeral Thokku 300 grams Prawns 1/4 teaspoon Curry Leaves 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 3-4 tablespoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (saunf) 1/4 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns 1 medium Onion , chopped 4-6 cloves Garlic, chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon Coriander powder to taste Salt 6-8 Curry leaves 1 medium Tomato, chopped Method Mix prawns with turmeric powder and lemon juice and keep them in a refrigerator to marinate for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add fennel seeds, crushed black peppercorns, onion and garlic and sauté till fragrant. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, curry leaves and tomato and saute for 1 minute. Add ½ cup water and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
