Ingredients list for Wheat Grass Shikanjvi
- 100 grams Wheat Grass
- 5 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 8 tablespoons Sugar
- to taste Black salt (kala namak)
- to taste Salt
Method
- Wash and chop wheat grass. Place in a blender with lemon juice, sugar, black salt, salt and four cups of water. Strain and serve chilled with lots of ice.
