  • 100 grams Wheat Grass
  • 5 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 8 tablespoons Sugar
  • to taste Black salt (kala namak)
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Wash and chop wheat grass. Place in a blender with lemon juice, sugar, black salt, salt and four cups of water. Strain and serve chilled with lots of ice.
