Ingredients list for Watermelon Cooler with Basil Seeds
- 1 medium Watermelon
 - 4 tablespoons Basil seeds (takmaria or sabja) soaked in water
 - to taste Black salt
 - to taste Crushed black peppercorns
 - 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
 - 4 Watermelon slices for garnishing
 
Method
- Peel, roughly chop and seed watermelon.
 - Pass the watermelon pieces through a juicer, strain and collect the juice in a jar.
 - Put black salt, crushed peppercorns basil seeds and lemon juice into four tall glasses.
 - Pour the prepared watermelon juice in the glasses, garnish with a watermelon slice and serve.
