Ingredients list for Walnut Chocolate Fudge
- 1/2 cup Walnuts finely chopped
- 100 grams Dark chocolate grated
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 400 grams Condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Khoya/mawa grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Method
- 1. Grease a seven-inch square baking tray.
- 2. Heat a pan, add the butter and allow it to melt. Add the chocolate and stir till it melts. Stir in the condensed milk and cook for two to three minutes.
- 3. Add the walnuts to the pan and mix. Add the grated khoya, vanilla essence and mix well.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to the greased tray and spread evenly. Cool in the refrigerator before cutting into pieces. Serve chilled.
