Ingredients list for Vegetable Footlong Sandwich
- 1 Footlong Bread
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1/4 cup Black olives sliced
- 1/2 small Onions sliced
- 1/4 medium Red capsicum sliced
- 5-6 slices Pickled gherkins
- 1 slice Cheese sliced
- as required Tomato ketchup
Method
- Slice the foot long length wise into two. Apply mustard mayonnaise on both slices. Cover the base of one slice with shredded lettuce.
- Top it up with black olives, onions, red capsicum, pickled gherkins. Cut the cheese slice into two and then place it on top of the toppings.
- Place the other slice on top and grill it if so desired. Serve with tomato ketchup.
