Vegetable Cheese Rolls By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Jul 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bread, Cheeese grated Cuisine Delhi Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Vegetable Cheese Rolls 8 slices Bread 1/2 cup Cheeese grated grated 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves, chopped to taste Salt 2 tablespo Oil 1 medium Onion , chopped 1/2 cup Green capsicum, chopped 1/2 cup Cabbage, chopped 1/2 teaspoon Ginger, chopped 2 Green chilli, chopped Method In a bowl, combine grated cheese, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well and set aside. Heat two tablespoons oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions and saute till golden. Add capsicum, cabbage, ginger and green chillies. Saute till vegetables are soft. Take some water in a bowl and dip the bread slices, one at a time, for two to three seconds. Squeeze out the excess water pressing between your palms. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture onto each slice and spread evenly. Roll it tightly. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai. Deep fry rolls until crisp and golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
