Ingredients list for Vegan Mayo - SK Khazana
- 1 cup Soy milk
- 2 cups Oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons Mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon Applecider vinegar
- Red radish slice for garnish
- Micro green for garnish
- 1 Carrot medium, peeled and cut into thick strips
- 1 Beetroot medium, peeled and cut into thick strips
- 2 Celery stalks cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 White radish medium, cut into thick strips
Method
- Pour soy milk in a glass jarand blend with an electric hand blender.
- Addoil, a little at a time, and beat continuously till the mixture thickens.
- Add salt, mustard powder, maple syrup and vinegarand blend till well mixed. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with red radish slice and micro greensServe with carrots, beetroot, celery and radish or store in an airtight container.
