By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Dec 2015 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Vanilla essence, Eggs Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Vanilla Sauce 1 tablespoon Vanilla essence 3 Eggs 8 tablespoons Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1 cup Milk Method Break eggs and separate the egg yolks from the whites. Bring sufficient water to a boil in a deep non-stick pan. Place a glass bowl on top of it and put egg yolks and castor sugar in it. Cook till well blended and the sugar dissolves, whisking continuously. Add vanilla essence and whisk well. Add milk and mix well. Cook till the sauce thickens. You can transfer this sauce now in a non-stick pan and cook on direct heat as well. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
