Ingredients list for Upasacha Pulav
- 1 cup Ragi wash and dry
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- 2-3 Cloves
Method
- Heat ghee and add cloves, cumin seeds, slit green chillies and curry leaves.
- Sauté for a minute and add chopped ginger and coarsely ground peanuts. Add ragi and two cups hot water.
- Cook, covered, on low heat till done. Mix in salt and sugar.
- Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
